Pasar Jaya Asked to Add More Jakgrosir

Jakarta Secretary's Assistant for Economy and Financial, Frangky Mangatas Panjaitan asked PD. Pasar Jaya to add more Jakgrosir.

Wholesale center existence is really important

According to him, Jakgrosir wholesale center is needed to be located in five city regions and Seribu Islands regency.

"We already instructed it, PD. Pasar Jaya should realize it," he expressed, Tuesday (9/12).

Council Encourages Jak Grosir in Each City of Jakarta

He explained, Jakgrosir wholesale center should be built in Seribu Islands this year.

"Wholesale center existence is really important. This can help small merchants who have limited capital," he said.

Separately, PD. Pasar Jaya Public Relation Assistant Manager, Amanda Gita Dinanjar explained, concept and location for Jakgrosir construction in Seribu Islands is still on progress.

"We are still coordinating further with Seribu Islands Regency to realize the wholesale center in there," she said.

She added, PD. Pasar Jaya is targeting five city regions and Seribu Islands regency to have Jakgrosir soon. Not only to help merchants, Jakgrosir is also existed as a part to maintain price stabilization.

"We want Jakgrosir wholesale center to be located in city and regency areas in 2019," she closed.
